What delivery costs Free on orders of €75 or more. €25 below that, whatever you order. The delivery charge is shown in your basket before you pay, and nothing is added after that. Every order goes on the same tracked service. If you need an order by a particular date, email us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it can be done. How long it takes Allow 5 to 7 days for delivery after a 24 to 48 hour handling time while the order is picked and packed. Most orders leave within 24 hours. Rural and island addresses can sit at the longer end. Where we deliver Everywhere in Ireland, including Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway, Waterford, Drogheda, Dundalk, Swords, Bray and Navan. The checkout asks for your county and Eircode. Who carries it FedEx, UPS, An Post and DHL, depending on where the parcel is going. Tracking You get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships, usually 24 to 48 hours after you order. If it has not arrived, check the junk folder first, then use Track Your Parcel . For logistical reasons items in the same order may be sent in separate packages. More than one tracking number is normal rather than a mistake. If something goes wrong Tracking that has not moved for more than one business day, a parcel that has not arrived, or a delivery marked complete that is not on your doorstep: email theteam@customersupport.care with the order number and we will chase the courier. If we have not delivered within 30 days of your order, or by a date we agreed with you, you can ask us to deliver within a further reasonable time. If we still do not, you can end the contract and we refund everything you paid. That is your right under the Consumer Rights Act 2022. "content": "Refunds and returns Last updated 25 September 2026. This policy is reviewed periodically; if anything here is unclear, ask us before you order. Changing your mind: 14 days from delivery Irish and EU law give you 14 days from the day your order is delivered to withdraw from the purchase, without giving a reason. Our own policy also accepts returns within 15 days of purchase. Whichever of the two gives you longer applies. To withdraw, tell us before the period ends. An email to theteam@customersupport.care with your order number is enough, or you can use the model form below. Then send the item back within 14 days of telling us, using a tracked service. What you pay and what we refund You pay the cost of posting the item back to us. We refund the price you paid for the goods and the standard delivery charge. The refund goes back to the payment method you used, or is held as credit against a future order if you ask for that. We make the refund within 14 days of your telling us you are withdrawing, and we may wait until the item is back or you show us it has been sent. In practice we process a refund within 24 to 48 hours of the item arriving. The condition of the item Please send it back unused, in its original packaging, with your receipt, order confirmation or other proof of purchase from this website. You may handle an item as you would in a shop to see what it is like. If it has been used beyond that, the law lets us reduce the refund by the loss in value. Some of our products are large and heavy, so return postage can cost more than you expect. If you are unsure whether something will suit you, ask us before you order. We cannot accept returns of items bought from other retailers. Cancelling before it ships You can cancel free of charge until the order ships. Most orders ship within 24 hours, so email us within 12 hours of ordering to be sure of catching it. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items This applies to everything we sell and nothing above affects it. If your order arrives faulty, damaged, with parts missing, not as described, or is not what you ordered, email us straight away with the order number and photographs. We repair it, replace it or refund you at no cost to you, and we pay the return postage. If an order does not arrive, tell us and we will chase it with the courier. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 are not affected by anything on this page: goods must match their description, be fit for their purpose and be of satisfactory quality.
