How much is the home office shredder?
From €69 to €79, depending on the option. Delivery is free on orders of €75 or more and otherwise €25.
What is the home office shredder for?
A cross-cut shredder for paper and credit cards, in a 6-sheet and an 8-sheet model. Auto start, a manual reverse for jams, and thermal protection that stops the motor before it overheats.
How much is delivery on the machines & technology?
Free on orders of €75 or more. Below that it is a flat €25, whatever you order. Nothing is added at the end.
How long will it take to arrive?
5 to 7 days after a 24 to 48 hour handling time. The handling time is the part before it leaves us and the 5 to 7 days is the delivery itself.
Is there a faster delivery option?
Not through the website. Every order goes on the same tracked service. If you need something by a particular date, email us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it can be done.
Do you deliver across the whole of Ireland?
Yes, to every county. We are an online supplier with no shop or showroom, which is part of how the pricing works.
Is anything added at the checkout?
No. You pay the price shown for the goods plus the delivery charge, if there is one, and nothing else is added at the checkout.
Can I change my mind after it arrives?
Yes. Irish and EU law give you 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason, and our own policy accepts returns within 15 days of purchase, whichever is later. Send it back unused in its packaging; the return postage is yours, and we refund what you paid for the goods and the standard delivery charge.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
Tell us and we will sort it. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 goods have to match their description, be fit for their purpose and be of satisfactory quality, and if they are not, that is ours to fix at no cost to you. Email theteam@customersupport.care with a photograph and your order number.
Can I cancel after ordering?
Yes, free of charge until it ships. Most orders leave within 24 hours, so email us within 12 hours of ordering to be sure of catching it. Once it has shipped, your 14 days to withdraw still apply.
Do I get a receipt and a tracking number?
A receipt by email as soon as payment goes through, and a second email with the tracking number once the order ships.
What payment methods do you take?
Card payments through our checkout, and PayPal. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never stored by us.
What currency are your prices in?
Euro. Every price on this site is the price you pay in euro, with no conversion at the end.
Is there a discount code?
`valued-customer` takes 15 percent off your goods at the cart. It applies to the products rather than to the delivery.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
No. We are an online supplier with no physical shop or showroom, and that is deliberate: the saving goes into the price rather than into a lease.
Can I buy in bulk for an office?
Yes, and if you want more than a handful use the wholesale quote page and we will price it properly rather than making you add them to the cart one at a time.
