About this product
Two memory foam cushions: one to sit on, one for the back of your chair.
A U-shaped seat cushion hollowed out at the back and a contoured back cushion with two straps, both in a black machine-washable cover.
A set of two: a U-shaped seat cushion and a contoured back cushion for the back of the chair.
The seat cushion is hollowed out at the back, under the tailbone.
The back cushion follows the curve of the spine and holds on with two adjustable straps.
Both are high density memory foam in a black cover that goes in the washing machine.
The seat has a non-slip rubber bottom so it stays on the chair. The listing suits adults from 68 to 122kg.
This is two cushions sold as one set. One goes on the seat of your chair and the other goes against the back.
The seat cushion is U-shaped and hollowed out at the back, so there is less foam under your tailbone. It has a non-slip rubber bottom to keep it on the seat, and it also adds a little height to any chair.
The back cushion is shaped to follow the curve of the spine. Two adjustable straps hold it on the chair so it does not slide down, and you can set it higher or lower on the chair back.
Both cushions are high density memory foam. The maker says the foam has no additives and keeps its shape. The black cover is machine washable.
You can use the set on an office chair, a gaming chair, a car seat, a recliner, a wheelchair or any chair at home, and on a bus, train or plane seat. The listing says it suits adults from 68 to 122kg.
It is a foam cushion set, not a medical device, and we do not sell it as a treatment for anything.

You can change your mind. Irish and EU law give you 14 days from delivery, and our own policy gives you 15 days from purchase, whichever is later. Send it back unused in its packaging and we refund the price you paid and the standard delivery charge.
If it turns up faulty, damaged or not as described, that is on us. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 goods must match their description, be fit for their purpose and be of satisfactory quality. Got questions?
Frequently Asked Questions
What do I actually get?
Two cushions: a U-shaped seat cushion and a contoured back cushion, with two adjustable straps on the back one.
What is the U shape for?
The seat cushion is hollowed out at the back, where your tailbone sits. That is the part of the shape the maker designed around.
Will the back cushion stay in place?
It has two adjustable straps that hold it on the chair and stop it sliding down.
What is the filling?
High density memory foam, in either the blue or the white filling.
What is the difference between the blue and white filling?
The colour of the foam inside. Both come in the same black cover at the same price, and the listing does not describe any other difference.
Can I wash it?
The black cover is machine washable. The listing does not say the foam can be washed, so keep the foam out of the machine.
Will it slide off the chair?
The seat cushion has a non-slip rubber bottom to keep it in place.
Does it fit any chair?
The listing names office chairs, gaming chairs, car seats, wheelchairs, recliners and chairs at home, as well as bus, train and plane seats. It is a cushion set, not a fitted part.
Will it treat my back pain?
We will not claim that. It is a foam cushion set, not a medical device. If you have a back problem, ask a physiotherapist or your doctor rather than a shop.
Does it raise the seat height?
Yes, by the thickness of the seat cushion. If your desk is already a tight fit, keep that in mind.
Can I use it in the car?
Yes. The back cushion can go anywhere along the back of a car seat, and the seat cushion works on a car seat too.
Does the foam go flat?
The maker says the memory foam has no additives and keeps its shape.
How heavy is the set?
1.4kg for the two cushions.
Who is it suited to?
The listing says it suits adults from 68 to 122kg.
Can I buy just the back cushion?
No, the seat cushion and back cushion are sold together as a set.
How much is delivery on the Seat Cushion and Lumbar Support Pillow?
Free on orders of €75 or more. Below that it is a flat €25, whatever you order. Nothing is added at the end.
How long will it take to arrive?
up to 7 working days in transit, after dispatch within 2 working days. The handling time is the part before it leaves us and the 7 working days is the transit itself.
Is there a faster delivery option?
Not through the website. Every order goes on the same tracked service. If you need something by a particular date, email us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it can be done.
Do you deliver across the whole of Ireland?
Yes, to every county. We are an online supplier with no shop or showroom, which is part of how the pricing works.
Is anything added at the checkout?
No. You pay the price shown for the goods plus the delivery charge, if there is one, and nothing else is added at the checkout.
Can I change my mind after it arrives?
Yes. Irish and EU law give you 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason, and our own policy accepts returns within 15 days of purchase, whichever is later. Send it back unused in its packaging; the return postage is yours, and we refund what you paid for the goods and the standard delivery charge.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
Tell us and we will sort it. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 goods have to match their description, be fit for their purpose and be of satisfactory quality, and if they are not, that is ours to fix at no cost to you. Email theteam@customersupport.care with a photograph and your order number.
Can I cancel after ordering?
Yes, free of charge until it ships. Most orders leave within 2 working days, so email us within 12 hours of ordering to be sure of catching it. Once it has shipped, your 14 days to withdraw still apply.
Do I get a receipt and a tracking number?
A receipt by email as soon as payment goes through, and a second email with the tracking number once the order ships.
What payment methods do you take?
Card payments through our checkout, and PayPal. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never stored by us.
What currency are your prices in?
Euro. Every price on this site is the price you pay in euro, with no conversion at the end.
Is there a discount code?
Yes. `valued-customer` takes 15 percent off your goods at the cart. It applies to the products rather than to the delivery.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
No. We are an online supplier with no physical shop or showroom, and that is deliberate: the saving goes into the price rather than into a lease.
Can I buy several Seat Cushion and Lumbar Support Pillows for an office?
Yes, and if you want more than a handful use the wholesale quote page and we will price it properly rather than making you add them to the cart one at a time.
Who are you, exactly?
Home Office Company Ireland, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. Our Irish administration office is Charlemont Exchange, Charlemont St, Dublin D02 VN88, and our registered address is . The company details are on every legal page rather than buried.
